Thank you WeWork Poland! It has been a journey.

Thank you WeWork Poland! It has been a journey.

It is 2 weeks since I’m in Australia and 4 weeks since I left WeWork in Poland.

A year ago at this time, I arrived in Warsaw with an incredible but also challenging mission to launch WeWork in my home country. There was a building in the heavy construction state, no team, and no brand awareness at that time. We have to build everything from scratch.

When I look on 3 opened buildings right now, another 3 in the pipeline, +2k happy members, more than 25+ amazing WeWorkers in Warsaw and as much as that in Moscow & Prague, I’m proud of all of us. Those of you who remember Costa time knows it was a lot of sweats, tears and hard work, but also a lot of pleasure, inner satisfaction and joy to make it happen.

Using the occasion, I’d like to thank you a lot for all those 11 months of work together to my colleagues, business partners and over everything our amazing members - this all has been done for you!

Special gratitude to Paula, Gas, Jan, Celia, Lisa, Radko, Bojan, Aleks for working very hard to make all of this happen and our leadership Mark, Gulio and Misha for a countless of support in all our crazy ideas. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to had the chance to set up one of the hottest and the most attractive market in the EMEA region.

At the next stage - also thank you so much for to my fellow colleagues, without those the building will never operate and the next ones would never launch: Olga, Agnieszka, Marysia, Dominik, Marta, Ola, Sebastian, Kasia, Oskar, Vadym, Wiktor, Piotr B., Julia Sonia, Marta, Thomas, Piotr. Keep rocking guys!

At this point, when the market is stable, up and running - it was time for me to pick up on another adventure. This time - I’m excited to get the challenge to repeat the same success in Western Australia, where we have our first building launching on 1st September, and another just announced to open on the end of this year.

By saying this - I’d love to wish all the best the whole Polish, Russian and Czech team and wish you all the best before the next openings.

And of course - if you are just about to expand to Australia or any of your friend's plan, please let me know.

See you soon!

Eva
