If you can’t allow people to do their jobs, no one with substance and creativity will work for you….  

On this World Retail Employee Day, nothing comes to close to my heart than these beautiful words by Condoleezza Rice. 

When we started with Rosemoore, home fragrances were still believed to be a luxury, meant for a selected few. We were a newcomer in a market that itself was nascent.  

Yet we took the plunge and fought hard with persistence. The ride ahead was bumpy but with our collective grit and efforts, we were able to make a mark!  

With a mindset of continuous evolution, today we are selling over 200 SKU’s and have a reach that covers pan-India. Rosemoore has become a brand synonymous with high-quality English Fragrances. We are enjoying a commendable share in the burgeoning home fragrance industry in India catering to both retail as well as institutional players.  

Of course, our products are made of some of the finest ingredients and our aggressive marketing game has been ahead of the industry norms. However, what defines our success is our collective hustle. It was the incessant hard work of the team that fueled this mission. 

Probably a reliable employee is the best gift the management can ever ask for and in that way we are really lucky.  

Thank you, team Rosemoore, for all your efforts. It was not possible without you. We are proud of you all.  

Let’s keep the momentum rolling. Because our limits are beyond the sky.
