Thank you

There is no doubt that everyone will feel that 2020 has been a challenging year. Everyone has faced their own personal battles that have been thrown up by this global pandemic.  I know that I have no reason to complain as I have my health and my family and friends to carry me through.

I thought I’d take time to acknowledge those who have helped me this year.

Firstly, I’d like to thank the Red Tiger Team. Top of the list is my co-founder and brother, Paul Halsall; it is in times of adversity we truly discover ourselves and I have really valued his support, particularly over the last 9 months. I couldn’t have done it without you. Next, thanks must go to Meg Ashcroft, our apprentice, and Ruth Holroyd, our Marketing Manager. You have both worked tirelessly to ensure Red Tiger is front of people’s minds on Social Media and we have really upped our game in 2020.  I must also thank our creative director Vic and our graphic designer Florrie.

The Red Tiger family grew in 2020 and there was no doubt that we wouldn’t have had Red Tiger Coaching if it wasn’t for the pandemic. It has allowed Paul and I to work alongside Andy Thompson and Steph Durbin Wood to develop this proposition. I personally thank you for your commitment, ideas, passion and knowledge – this is the start of something great that we can carry into 2021 and beyond.

I’d like to also thank each and every one of you who I have personally spoken to either in a coaching, recruitment or general capacity this year (too many to list). Keeping it human, be it by Zoom, Teams or phone, has certainly helped me in these isolating times.  For candidates and coaches - I also thank you for your openness and honesty, I have genuinely enjoyed every conversation.

Finally, a massive thanks needs to be given to our wonderful recruitment clients, from those who continued to take on people in lockdown (you know who you are) to those who have been keeping us busy in the last 4 weeks or so as they ramp up their hiring plans. We have been privileged to work with a range of great companies and we really value your support.

Here’s to a better 2021!

Thank you too! It's been a strange year but a good one, all things considered. We're all still here. Here's to 2021.
