Thank you SO much! Partnerships which really matter!

I am frustrated and I am happy. This is how you can define my last couple of years. Last year was especially frustrating when it comes to dealing with the public sector and objectively by keeping simultaneously so many balls in the air to make sure that our ECCEDU programs will happen. And they did!! They really did happen what I consider being a pure miracle. We had students from 18 countries, from literally every part of the planet (4 continents) coming to one place - Prague! And studying here not under the leadership of one or two individuals but over 100 speakers offline! All of them coordinated to deliver their sessions in 4 different programs - law, business, architecture, and information technology.

I can write this article like a book describing every learning and detail. Instead, let me summarize for you just the 5 most important points, and then let me express my huge gratitude to our amazing speakers and partners (without hopefully being too boring ;).

Learnings I am taking from this year:

1) Form meaningful, honest, and stable relationships with partners. They will protect you against any sh*tstorm heading your way.

2) Good spirit survived, pandemic is almost over! If you give trust to people they will not let you down. Individuals might.

3) Always expect unexpectable! No need to explain further, especially these days worthy to be carved in stone!

4) Coming generation is amazing. Forget about globalization, diversity, sustainability, equity. It is already part of it and there is no need to explain any of this to them. They just need a small "reality-check".

5) Every year, we will have bad and excellent students-individuals (as with everything in life). Few of this year students were very arrogant but this is always balanced by also meeting so many talented and amazing ones. I am just grateful that we can work on a worthy cause together with so many amazing individuals.

We had this year over 100 speakers across all of our programs. We always collect detailed feedback and I would love to share with my network the most appreciated 2021 speakers by students. Why? Because if any of you have an opportunity to work with them in the future, You can call yourself lucky. btw: It was extremely tight because many people received maximum points and then individual feedbacks mattered!

Now, this year was not just about lectures. An even bigger miracle was that many of our partners opened their offices to our young talents. I consider this to be extremely important because it would be wrong to give up on one generation just in search of an alibi why it might be difficult. Some other firms also provided us with a capacity but let me mention at least those which actually hosted our students this year and let me share with you some photos from their premises :-) - #respect!
