I am sending a Thank you note to all of you to Thank You for the continued support of my restaurant and Caterina's Club. Without all of you, the magic could not have happened. You are the power of kindness behind all of what I do and I don't take it for granted.
Each time you walk through the doors at the restaurant, you make me smile. You are very welcome into my house and I am happy to see you. Each time you visit, you are helping me with Caterina's Club and you have a blessed smile from heaven from one that I call Mamma Caterina. We have not come this far alone, but with all of you next to us.This year I had a gift letter and rosary from Pope Francis himself blessing all the people that help me with pasta and Caterina's Club. I held a speech at the United Nations in New York about Caterina's Club. Up to date we are serving almost two thousand kids a day a hot pasta meal in 35 locations in 17 cities in Orange County. We began the Power of Pasta in Italy that feeds kids and families. Caterina's Clubs' sister project is now in Italy, New York City, Chicago, Bronxville, Texas and Mexico. With the Welcome Home program, we have already moved out 118 families from motels into apartments and into safe neighborhoods. That is almost 800 people! We have already graduated 22 students from Bruno's Hospitality program and 9 of those graduates already have jobs.
We have been featured on numerous newspapers and publications like the OC Register, EDEN Magazine, and more. We have had many television appearances like CNN, The nationally syndicated talk show The REAL on FOX and the Hallmark Channel. I did another speech from Rome at the Vatican radio station that was broadcast worldwide to help to raise money for the Italian victims of the earthquake in Amatrice.
I had the best birthday party of my life this year. For the first time in years, it was in Italy at my home town, Verona with 120 Italian family members. Only some coming from the USA and as far as Australia. It was magical.

I have a new book coming out in 2017called "Power of Pasta" I signed a contract with Select Book Publishing in New York. I Thank Greg Reid and Bill for the contact. Stay tuned to order it.
The 2016 Caterina's Club fundraisers where all very successful and I Thank all the people in charge of all them.
