Liebe Freunde, Kollegen und Gesch?ftspartner,
heute m?chten wir uns bei unserem gesch?tzten Kollegen und Freund Roland Putsch?gl bedanken, der zum 1. Juli 2024 offiziell in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand getreten ist. Nach 34 Jahren bei der ??????????GROUP beginnt für Roland nun ein neuer Lebensabschnitt.
Rolands Karriere bei uns war gepr?gt von au?ergew?hnlichem Engagement und vielen beruflichen H?hepunkten. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Gründungen von maierITALIA und maierAMERICA, an denen Roland ma?geblich beteiligt war. Seine Arbeit im internationalen Vertrieb und die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Teams in den USA, Italien, der Schweiz, Spanien, Portugal, Finnland, Kanada, Israel, Benelux und der MENA-Region haben unser Unternehmen nachhaltig gepr?gt.
In den letzten Monaten hat Roland intensiv mit der HENNLICH Group zusammengearbeitet und seine Nachfolgerin Concetta Frattollino eingearbeitet. Concetta Frattollino bringt frischen Wind und viel Kompetenz in unser Team. Sie kommt bereits aus unserem Unternehmen und kennt unsere Produkte und Prozesse sehr gut. Roland hat Concetta Frattollino pers?nlich zu den Kundenterminen mitgenommen und vorgestellt, wodurch sie sich in kurzer Zeit gro?es Vertrauen und Anerkennung erworben hat. Wir sind überzeugt, dass sie die erfolgreiche Arbeit von Roland fortsetzen wird.
Für seinen Ruhestand wünschen wir Roland alles Gute. Er plant, seine Zeit mit Haus- und Gartenarbeit und seinem Lieblingshobby, dem Radfahren, zu verbringen. Wir sind sicher, dass er diese neue Phase genauso aktiv und erfolgreich gestalten wird wie seine Zeit bei uns.

Roland's career with us was marked by extraordinary dedication and numerous professional highlights. Notably, he played a significant role in the founding of maierITALIA and maierAMERICA. His work in international sales and collaboration with our teams in the USA, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Finland, Canada, Israel, Benelux, and the MENA region has left a lasting impact on our company.
In recent months, Roland has worked intensively with the HENNLICH Group and has been training his successor, Concetta Frattollino brings fresh energy and great expertise to our team. She is already well-acquainted with our company, products, and processes. Roland personally introduced Concetta to our clients during his customer visits, earning her significant trust and recognition in a short period of time. We are confident that she will continue Roland's successful work.
Furthermore, we wish Roland all the best for his retirement. He plans to spend his time on household and gardening tasks and his favorite hobby, cycling. We are certain that he will approach this new phase with the same energy and success as his time with us.

7 个月Lieber Roland Putsch?gl ich wünsche dir dir das du deinen neuen Lebensabschnitt genie?en kannst. Leider haben sich unsere (beruflichen) Wege vor kurzem getrennt. Ich bedanke mich gleichzeitig für deine fast nicht endend wollende Geduld und für die tolle Unterstützung die du uns immer entgegen gebracht hast.
