To my team here at Heartland:
With Thanksgiving coming on Thursday, there are many things I am grateful for. As I thought about what to share today, I kept coming back to all that I am thankful for about our team. I hope you never get tired of hearing it, but I will never get tired of saying thank you. Thank you for your hard work. Thank you for your passion and creativity. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for your energy. Thank you for your collaboration. Thank you for your willingness to succeed, and lastly thank you for being contributors to what makes this one of the most exciting sales cultures that I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of in my career.
Ashley, Ben, Joe, Dustin, Ryan, Eric, Derek (and soon Victoria and Paul) I am thankful for each and every one of you. I am honored to lead this team and I am humbled to have the opportunity to work with you all. Thank you for all that you do!
To my leaders Alex Grant and Ken Haag and to my fellow leadership team, Alex, Finna, Bianca, Geoff, Bob, and John.. thank you for the warm welcome over the last 6 months as I began my career here at Heartland. You all continue to contribute to my success and I am grateful for your leadership, inspiration, and guidance.
In a year of many uncertainties... there is one thing that is clear; that would be the decision to join this incredible organization and be surrounded by such amazing people.
Have a happy thanksgiving and be safe and healthy.
I appreciate you all.
