Thank you Millicom Factory for those last 11 Years !

It is with a mixed feeling for me to share this but this is actually my last week in Millicom. When I joined this amazing organisation in Mauritius 11 years ago, it was hard to imagine how much this would be a life changing decision for me. I started out as an Information Security Analyst in the Revenue Assurance Department and am leaving my job as the Data Center and IT Operations Manager for the group and had the chance to live the culture of over 15 countries with an amazing team of committed and dedicated colleagues who never hesitated to go the extra mile for making impossible projects possible.

I express my deep gratitude to #Xavier Rocoplan and #Jerome Albou, who believed in me back in 2013 and took me out from my little Island of Mauritius and tasked me to transform Data Centers in Millicom. It has been a great privilege to have worked for so many fantastic leaders who really pushed the boundaries of what is possible and created landmark moments in so many countries where we were the first to built world class Data Center infrastructures.

For sure, I am going to miss that great Data Center and IT Team. Together we have been through so many things, gone through so many unique situations, challenging so many times the traditional approaches but yet, supporting the Millicom operations in moving towards providing even better customer experience. By the end of this week, our paths will separate but what I will take with me, are all those great memories and learning which have made me who I am today.
