Over the past 18 month i have spoken to friends who have lost their business and people who have had huge financial loss, but have come out of the darkness and back into the light.

Owning a small business and employing people is a great responsibility, the people you employ have families, homes, pets and bad hair days as do we all. We all rely on each other to make the wheel turn.
