Thank you

March 2019, four years ago, we registered Ruby Recruit with the Companies Office and started what has been an incredible journey for us.

So, this wee post is a thank you from Ruby to those who have been on that journey with us, before the journey started, and to those who we look forward to meeting on the next leg.

The first thank you goes to the Auckland human resources community. You never fail to delight, surprise and educate us on what’s next, what’s new, and how you continue to be a positive influence on the people, cultures, businesses and organisations you support, you really do make the difference.

The second thank you must go to those who trained, believed, and invested in Paul, Camille and I in those early days of recruitment (and lets just say for Paul and I that wasn’t this Century!). We truly have been privileged enough to have been guided and influenced by some of the best.

Next are those who took the time to help us understand what running a small family business was all about, helping us understand what we wanted, what we wanted Ruby to be known for and what not to do, this really did put us on the right path.

Finally, the biggest thank you of all goes to our family and friends who have been so supportive along the way! Like so many we never imagined what the past four years had in store for us, and we can’t wait to see what the next four years of Ruby holds, but what we do know is we will always stay true to the mantra of “Its how we make people feel” thats important. This hopefully will always be how we are known and remembered.
