When you advise government decision makers and multinational top executives the work is often very complex and highly demanding. Those leaders typically expect far more than opinions and ideas, they want specific advice based on solid facts and industry best practices (ideally already proven/ implemented by other known organizations). For over 20 years I had the privilege to guide executives of 40+ of the best organizations in the world. I helped those leaders through their business & technology transformation journeys, IT strategies, intelligent automation efforts, technology vendor engagements, outsourcing programs, and other mission critical work. As a result, my clients have achieved notably success. Their respective companies became top leaders in their respective industries according to third party ranking.
