What began almost 25 years ago with my own mom and dad has grown so much. I am humbled that our mission has not changed. I know having daily nutrition that’s tailored to an individual’s needs and preferences is essential to good health. And good health is not only important within itself, but also helps save health care costs for individuals, and the entire health care system. It’s a win for everyone!

Mom’s Meals remains committed to providing high-quality nutrition to all that need it. Our menus are created by chefs and dietitians in state-of-the-art facilities to help meet a variety of dietary needs to help manage chronic diseases, improve post-discharge outcomes and address food insecurity for people with unmet social needs. I consider it a huge honor to be able to help these individuals. It’s also why I challenge everyone at Mom’s Meals to provide compassionate, knowledgeable customer service that treats our clients with heart, like family. And once you entrust us to serve you, you become part of our family.

But we can’t do it alone! We are proud to work nationwide with health plans, government agencies, Area Agencies on Aging and a variety of organizations committed to helping people get the proper nutrition they need to better manage their health. • 84% fewer inpatient visits
• 41% fewer emergency department visits

I am extremely grateful for all that Mom’s Meals has been able to accomplish. Looking ahead to this new year, Mom’s Meals has a renewed focus on how food can be used as medicine and can help improve social determinants of health. I am excited about the endless possibilities that will come from the continued collaboration with our partners to help stop hunger in our communities and improve the overall health and well-being of the individuals we collectively serve.?
