Thank you ESTH BI Team

After almost two years at Epsom and St. Helier Hospitals (ESTH), it's time to express my gratitude and appreciation, in particular to chief nurse Arlene Wellman and then CEO Daniel Elkeles for a great leadership and being a fantastic employer. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at ESTH especially the Business Intelligence (BI) team.

The BI team here at ESTH, gave me an opportunity to explore new technology and platforms that will definitely help me in shaping rest of my career. From regular ad hoc requests to designing dashboards and working closely with stakeholders, my role as a senior analyst kept me on toes; such is the environment of an acute trust like ESTH.

Thanks to Rumiko for giving me this opportunity to be a part of this exciting team and being an outstanding BI lead. Many thanks to Rob for his continued support and guidance. Thankyou, Claire, for trusting in me to work on some really exciting projects.

It was a pleasure working with our colleagues (or stakeholders /clients ) Ramesh , Hazel , Chris, Victoria, Sarah, Alex and other ESTH colleagues. You have all been extremely understanding with the project deadlines.

A special thank you to Michelle, Kamal, Paul, Jude and Rochelle for being a fantastic team member. It has been great working together with you all and brainstorming new ideas and processes to improve the reporting services. Thanks, Ben and team for your expert guidance in DW related queries and Sue, Julie and team for being a great communication partner. Lovely to meet Joe, Kal and Jakub - all the best to you all.

Finally, thank you to all who supported me in chartering the first NHS Toastmaster club, in particular Rupa, Diane, Gillian, Varun, Steve, Sandra, Rumiko, Potenza and all participating members - the list is endless :)

Thank you for the lovely flowers, gift card and jewellery. These flowers match our living room decor, the jewellery will definitely compliment my wardrobe and I am sure, the gift card will come handy when shopping at M&S.

While I'm excited about the next chapter in my career and exploring new opportunities in NHSE&I, I wish the entire BI team a continued success and hope to keep in touch with you all. All the best!

We'll miss you Aparna. Our loss is NHSE's gain. I had to laugh at Victoria's comment on your SQL writing prowess. It was something to behold! Thank you for all your support and patience as I bedded in and enjoy the new challenges, I'm sure you'll thrive x
