What was your path in the industry until you reached Pampa?

After graduating, I was looking to work for a company that prioritizes employee wellness and the ability to find a good work-life balance. The help of the Pampa team in the selection and onboarding process of this new position has been fundamental in making me feel comfortable and inspired to be a part of this new position I find myself in.

What are the benefits of working through Pampa?

In particular, I appreciate the efforts of the entire team to make me feel cared for and supported at all times. It was a pleasant surprise to receive Christmas and birthday gifts and be entitled to days off and medical insurance.

What are the benefits of working remotely?

Working remotely has several advantages: you can focus 100% on your work, you can decorate your office the way you like it, you can work in silence or by listening to music, and most importantly, you don't have to worry about what to wear! Haha
