Thank you Community Health Network

The two year term went by quickly! I learned so much about the operations, business, and challenges faced by health care providers. Thank you Pam Hunt and your team for allowing me to have the privilege of participating on your Patient and Family Advisory Council. Community Health Network is a model for health care service delivery. Contributing to environment where service line leaders, care givers, and patients can have meaninful and productive dialog about how to best serve patients and the little 'c' community was rewarding!
