As edge our way towards the end of 2024 and prepare to welcome the next year I want to take a moment to thank you! Your support, engagement, and passion for coaching have made this past year truly special. Let's look back at what we did this year at Become.

ICF Accreditations & 100% ICF Pass Rate

This year has been a special one for us at Become. We continued to support many coaches gain their credential with the ICF. There is something so wonderful when a coach gets in touch with us to let us know they got their ACC or PCC credential. Here's a celebration to all of you who became accredited this year!

Similarly we've had another record year of our Alumni passing their ICF Exam for Accreditation. We have kept our outstanding 100% pass rate which gives us so much joy to share with you!?

Finally, we also obtained accreditation for our?Advanced Diploma in Integrative Coaching?by the Association for Coaching which proves to be another step in making our programmes even more valuable.

Certificate in Somatic Coaching & Visualisations?

We launched a new Certificate for those completing the Advanced Coaching Diploma and those coaches interested in working more somatically. The feedback following this has been so wonderful to hear! We are running the programme again in March 2025 and October 2025 too, giving you 14CCE Units.?You can find out more about it here.

Launching the Coaching Community in 2025

We are launching our?CPD Coaching Community,?providing a dedicated space to support your professional development, connect with like-minded coaches, and help you take steps toward accreditation and beyond. If you have already completed your ICF accreditation then see?what's on offer for our community here. We have 2 packages that give you up to 17CCE Units per year.

As we step into the New Year, here are a few key updates and opportunities:

• Festive Closure:?We’ll be closed from 20th December to 6th January inclusive. We will be using this time to reflect, connect, and prepare for an exciting year ahead. I wish the same for you.
• Podcast Inspiration:?Over the holidays, tune into our podcast episode,?Coaching Individuals Through Career Transitions, for practical insights and tips. It’s a great way to stay inspired and motivated for what’s next.
• Make 2025 Your Year:?There are spaces available on our January 2025?Level 1 Diploma in Integrative Coaching. If you're thinking about become accredited this year then this is the perfect time to start your journey toward becoming an ICF Accredited Coach with Become!
• CPD Events:?We are also putting together a fantastic CPD Calendar event including a number of workshops across the year to help you stay up to date with the latest coaching practice. We'll be sharing this with you as soon as it's available.
