Thank you for being on this journey with me.

I started this newsletter with the objective to provide my readers with some practical, emotional and mental support through my thoughts and knowledge from a wide range of resources, including my own experience, about navigating transitions and what this means on a deep personal level. I have chosen to focus on various topics related to the transition journey we embark on with often very little separation between work and life as I think the force of change and uncertainty is very often multidimensional, bringing us to a place of more truth within ourselves. Whether the change is voluntary or imposed on us, gentle or abrupt, we are encouraged or pushed to awaken to the possibility of deep change. Change is is opportunity if we are awake enough to grasp and live the possibility. This is why self-awareness and consciousness are the overarching theme of this newsletter.

Life experiences - especially the most disruptive ones - have pushed me to embrace spirituality and go deep within myself to unlearn ways of thinking and doing in order to seek true perception and come home to the infinite power within myself. This allows me to be more self-aware, to know my own "shadow" as Carl Jung teaches us, and to expand my consciousness which ultimately enriches my experience of life. The work I do - whatever form it takes - is a channel for me to help people be more resourceful through more awareness.

I will continue this year to write new articles with the hope to support you with your career and life transitions. I will explore the topic from different angles. It will continue to be informed by insights from neuroscience, psychology, spirituality, mindfulness, and generally, by my own life experience. I embarked on a transition journey a few years ago. It has been since then multidimensional and multilayered. On the surface level it has taken me to a new job and very recently to a new home in the countryside which I'm loving. On a deeper level it has expanded my experience of life, often through "diminishment", and it continues to amaze me.
