I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all their efforts throughout the year. The success of our company is built on the efforts of individuals. We’ve come through a year that was filled with both challenges and victories. How reassuring it has been to know that we can count on all of you regardless of what faces us.

We have been ramping up weatherXchange, our products offering in data, WRF forecast processing, software, systems. Our Settlement Services have excelled. The Automated Pricing System on weatherXchange is having a deep impact on the market dynamics. We have increased resilience and deployed many new hardware to our data centre.

At Speedwell, we are also a family, sometimes there can be some monotony in the daily operation tasks. For this reason, the enthusiasm shown in our Star Baker competition fills me with joy. We have seen diversity, richness and most importantly pleasure in attempting something totally new for many of us.
