Thank you to all my customers throughout my career!

In 1991 I started my career in sales. What an amazing journey this is and has been! I have recently thought of all the growth throughout this time. The changes from carbon copy quotes and sales forms, faxed contracts, computer generated quotes, emails, power point presentations, tablet proposals and who knows what is next. I have thought about how much I have had to change with technology by digging in and learning new ways to do things opening my mind to new ideas. I have had to make a lot of changes throughout the last 28 years to be successful in this career. This made me think of the customers throughout this time and how they have changed expectations from me. We live in a time and period where everything is instant! We expect good service, quick and accurate quotes due to demands from all around us. We live in a lot faster society and we have to continuously raise our standards and grow to be successful in whatever career we have. With all that has changed one thing has not and that is the "Customer"! The customer is still a person trying to accomplish something by utilizing your service or equipment at the most PROFITABLE and PRODUCTIVE way possible to GROW their business everyday.

With this I wanted to just simply say thank you to all the customers throughout my career whom have entrusted me to help them be more Profitable, Productive and Grow their business everyday. May I continue to earn your trust and may you know just how much I appreciate each and every one of you!
