Today I celebrate my 50th Birthday...
..and conclude that after 50 years so far on the planet of experiencing, learning, evolving and having fallen in love in the school corridor (and still in love), I have...
...been shot, screwed, blued, tattooed, enjoyed the limelight, dined with royalty, laughed much, cried much, stumbled, fallen, failed, created 5 wonderful talented kids, herded 20 chickens, won awards, published 15 books, spoken on stage, been featured on tv, and helped many individuals on their own journey, but more importantly...
... I'd also like to say thanks to every single one of you that has helped me along the way so far and encouraged me to stop, think, reflect and fine tune...
...I appreciate you all. Seriously.
You just don't know how good its becoming with your help, engagement, encouragement, and input (knowingly or unknowingly) so thank you all.
Below, I share my key "take aways" of the last 50 years from the many people, experiences and event so far on this enthralling journey.
If you have some wisdom you want to share and add, please feel free to add it below and if we get enough, who knows there could even be a book here ;)

7 年Happy Birthday, Fraser Hay. Numbers, 9, 17, 21, and 46 are my favorites. Number 9 is a lesson I have had to re-learn too many times. Continued success.
