Took a while to pull this off!

Thank you, AIPS – (ASIAN INDIAN PREDIABETES STUDY)!

This morning I did something unusual, and this is unusual too – to write my first post on Linkedin!

Went jogging this morning and realized that I am not as fat ass as I was about a year ago – Thanks to AIPS. My prediabetic condition reversed, became healthy and lost almost 28kg, and is more energized. ?It is true that a sound mind resides in a sound body.

Although feeling exhausted at times as the journey of the executive MBA course is on, from SP Jain. But I can say I am truly blessed with supportive batch mates who are all sources of my inspiration in their own ways are – not an easy task to get back to school after being away from those lectures for a very long time!

It’s been refreshing to go for a jog and feel all the energy and compelled to write this.

This is the time I am realizing our mother earth is feeling sick due to pollution, climate change, and whatnot. Green energy is the way to go. It is commendable that there are a lot of folks out there who feel the same way. The shifting of the energy sector to a more sustainable way is the best solution. Mother earth needs healing, and this is where the renewable energy sector will be a blessing.

I believe with passionate people working for this can pull off whatever it takes to leave a good future for the coming generations. I am certainly going to be on this path.
