Thank you 2024

As 2024 comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on a year filled with growth, challenges, and meaningful accomplishments. It’s been a journey that has pushed me, inspired me, and allowed me to connect with incredible people and organizations. Before we step into 2025 with renewed energy, I’d like to take a moment to share some of the highlights from this past year and express my gratitude to everyone who has been part of this adventure.

Scaling Up Success Stories This year, I had the privilege of coaching dynamic companies using the Scaling Up methodology. Whether it was helping CEOs identify their "first domino" to streamline priorities or enabling teams to implement strategies with less drama and more focus, I witnessed remarkable transformations. The opportunity to speak at the REX Roundtables EMEA in Milan about scaling companies was a milestone that reinforced my passion for guiding leaders toward sustainable growth.

Bacool School: Building the Future The journey of Bacool School has been nothing short of inspiring. We expanded our reach across French-speaking Belgium, offering young dropouts, career switchers, and job seekers an opportunity to transform their lives through sales training and permanent employment. Collaborating with top coaches from global companies like IBM, Oracle, and SAP, we’ve built a program that not only equips individuals with skills but also instills discipline and motivation. Seeing our students thrive has been one of the most rewarding aspects of this year.

Sharing Insights Through Writing From writing my book, L'As de la Vente, to launching my LinkedIn newsletter, 2024 has been a year of sharing knowledge and sparking discussions. Whether diving into the art of pricing inspired by "Confessions of a Pricing Man", exploring the importance of cash flow from Scaling Up, or connecting lessons from "Atomic Habits" to the business world, the engagement and feedback from you, my readers, have been invaluable. Your comments, likes, and shared stories have made this journey even more fulfilling.

Coaching Highlights From facilitating a transformative two-day coaching session based on L'As de la Vente to working with Scaling Up Clients to identify their key priorities, coaching has been at the heart of my year. Each session has been an opportunity to create meaningful change and foster a culture of accountability and growth within teams.

Building Communities This year, I also took steps to build a supportive network of coaches. By creating a LinkedIn group where participants engage with each other’s content, we’ve fostered collaboration and increased visibility for everyone involved. It’s a small but powerful example of how collective effort can drive individual success.

Looking Ahead As we prepare to welcome 2025, I’m filled with excitement for what lies ahead. The lessons learned this year will serve as a strong foundation for future endeavors. My commitment to helping companies scale, empowering individuals through Bacool School, and sharing insights with my community remains unwavering.
