Thank You for 2023!

Thank You for 2023!

Being that this is Thanksgiving week, there is no better time for me to say thank you to the people who have really supported me and my business this year! While this list is not exhaustive by any means, there are people who I am very grateful to have in my life either due to my business or personal life. Too often I find myself focused on the future and the hurdles we may face next year and I don't pay proper respect to the people who have helped me get to where I am today. This is my effort to fix that. Thank you:

Amanda Becker - As we are married, this one is a no brainer that she should be first and at the top of the list. I wish to stay married! But in reality, when I mentioned a year ago that we needed to open a second office in Tampa Bay, she was on board with me from the start, even when it meant changing aspects of our personal and professional lives. While some people find it weird that we can be married and work together, for me, I think it is a huge advantage for us.

Linda Rogari - When we decided we were opening our second office, we asked Linda to move into the second office with me! Not only did she do it willingly, she has been instrumental in our growth. I can't truly quantify how much I rely on her because she is great at what she does and I trust her counsel.

Andy Knapp - Every time something happens and I want to yell, I call Andy. He has talked me off more ledges than any person alive! He is as clear thinking, level headed person I know. What is understated about Andy is just how loyal and honest he is. While he has stayed in the governmental affairs space, he has a great understanding of business and relationships.

Kaitlin Soldan - This one hurts. Kaitlin is in the season of her life where she wants to begin the next chapter of her life closer to home with her family and she is leaving our office. We found Kaitlin at a time when we really needed a quality professional to jump in with both feet. She did...and then some. While we will absolutely celebrate her next journey, she will be missed in our office.

Ryan Adelberg - I don't think anyone in our office has a better sense of humor. The good natured abuse he has endured...and returned is legendary! He has worked tirelessly to develop a brand name for our office in the Tampa Bay region and he does it with a smile. I don't worry about what he is doing I know he is working hard.

Debbie Zurinski - When Debbie speaks, I listen. That doesn't mean I follow ALL of her advice, although if it comes to food I do! But I do listen. When I have found myself in a spot where I am not sure where to turn, I turn to her and we figure it out. (We usually find a way to have a laugh while working it out too!)

Thank you to all of these people and others who have really made our business fun! I am grateful for the year that we have had and excited for 2024, recession or no recession! I hope for all of you in your business that you have a great Thanksgiving and a very successful 2024.
