Grateful, for the successes 2023 brought. Excited for what lies ahead.

?Reflecting on an incredible 2023 for Neuromod Devices I am grateful for the impact we've made and the lives we've touched. It was a year marked by significant milestones.

?These achievements positioned us for a promising new year ahead. With the strong foundations laid, the lessons learned, and the successes earned in the past year, I am excited to continue the journey in 2024 of groundbreaking advancements in tinnitus care.

It is truly humbling to be part of remarkable journey that Neuromod has undertaken, some 2023 moments to mention.

• We saw the excellent patient outcomes seen in our clinical trials translate to real world clinical outcomes, across multiple geographies with remarkable consistency.
• In March we created regulatory history when we were granted FDA De Novo approval, the first and only bimodal neuromodulation treatment of its kind to be approved by FDA.
• We were awarded a Frost & Sullivan new product innovation award.
• We expanded the availability of Lenire globally bringing the treatment to more patients living with Tinnitus.
• We’ve been part of incredible global audiology and ENT conferences and scientific meetings throughout the year, as we continue to showcase our breakthrough Tinnitus treatment to top clinicians and scientists worldwide. These events served as a dynamic platform to engage with thought leaders, foster collaborations, and demonstrate our commitment to advancing tinnitus care.
• Working with our excellent teams in Neuromod and fantastic global clinicians and providers we deepened our knowledge and understanding of Tinnitus care and translated that knowledge into action.
• We scaled our manufacturing and engineering supports to position the Neuromod supply chain to meet continued growth in provider and patient demand.
• We transitioned our quality management system to EU MDR compliance and submitted our technical documentation for MDR review.
• We have been featured in Media across the globe from The Irish Times and Silicon Republic to Bloomberg, Good Morning America, and the Wall Street Journal.
