Thank you 2022, for being so wonderful

Though an #year brings lots of #joyful moments in our lives, I am grateful to the year 2022 much more than the earlier one, As during this year my hard work paid off and I was able to start my #professional journey as full-time #ScaledAgile #Trainer.

I heard about #Agile in #2011 and never dreamed of being a full-time #professional #trainer.

Though, #Teaching was in my #blood as my #mother was a #government #school #teacher. Since my #childhood, I was always #keen #mentoring my #friends and was always available when they used to discuss/seek advice on any related topic.

Somewhere I was also very keen to make people #educated on their #desire. Even during my #master #degree #program, I used to #teach my #classmates and most of the time they were getting higher marks than I did. But those were the moments when I always thought of being a mentor/trainer.

Time flew, I started my journey as #Software #Developer using #LotusNotes, moved to #Tech Lead and sooner to #project #management. Though I was a #tech #expert in my #technology, #God had other plans. I heard about #Agile in #2011 and got an opportunity to learn/live with it. I got an #opportunity to work as an #ScrumMaster cum Project Manager and sooner I was a #Agile #facilitator.

This was the Year 2015, I achieved my first #scrum #certification from #ScrumAlliance, #CSM

I applied its #learning in my day-to-day activities and sooner I achieved #CSPO, #ScaledAgilist #LeadingSAFe, and #Kanban Practitioner, which helped me to obtain #CSP certification in Dec 2016.

From 2017 to 2021, I utilized the knowledge I gained from these certifications and was part of various Agile transformation programs. It was the right time to move my dimensions into coaching, mentoring, and training. I was more passionate about Agile and its multiple frameworks afterward.

During 2017 and 2021, I achieved PSM I, and II, SAFe Practitioner, and IC Agile (ICP-ENT, ICP-CAT, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, and ICP-LEA). I attended 60 hours of ICF-ACC training and was mentored for 45 hours on various coaching styles and frameworks to learn more about international coaching frameworks.

During this time, I #mentored #coached 150+ associates on their ask and was also part of Internal learning and development program with my employers and trained 500+ #associates on various #flovaours of Agile.

It was March 2022, when I achieved my #SPC certification (#SAFeProgramConsultant) and it gave me an opportunity to start my journey as a professional #ScaledAgile #Trainer.

I am grateful to #AdvanceAgility for giving me the opportunity to live my passion. November 2022, I joined them as a full-time #ScaledAgile #trainer and in this short span, I have delivered 10+ training on various attributes of #ScaledAgileFramework with #excellent #feedback from the #participants.

In this journey, I failed and made mistakes, but more importantly, I always learned from my failures and mistakes.

I am grateful to my mentor, Amit Balwani (my manager during my tenure with CSC in 2007), who was always available to give me the right direction and to achieve what I wanted.?

I am thankful to my brother, Gaurav Saxena whom I always reach out to discuss my plan and move ahead. I am thankful to Rammilan Yadav (my manager in Capgemini), who gave me an opportunity to work as a full-time Agile coach serving multiple clients in the Agile Transformation Journey.?

I am also thankful to my spouse Richa Saxena who is always supportive during my failures and always motivating me to reach the extra mile.?

Lastly, I would like to Thank Brian Hauk Eswari Raghunath Salman Memon Naval Singh Harsh Tikku Gaurav Shah Krunal Shah Nikhil Desale Rohan Ghatwai Kannan Vasudevan, CPSP, CAISP Neha Pant Aviral Kulshreshtha Esmeralda Maliqi Kiran Pashupathi Nidhi Khanna DEEPAK AGRAWAL Chandrashekhar Vaze (CV) for their continuous support throughout my journey.

Lastly, my thanks to Gaurav Rajwanshi Amogh Joshi Ashish Joshi , and Arijit G. for selecting my candidature and giving me an opportunity to start my professional trainer journey.

Looking forward to #2023 to learn & practice more and serve #people/#organization # #achieving their #objectives.
