I am in Bangkok.

I'm happy to join Thailand's Favourite Restaurants Event. This event features 14 chefs who are either owners or head chefs of famous restaurants. Their restaurants are spacious and lavish, with elegant decor and ambiance.

My restaurant, on the other hand, has only 4 seats.

The 2-day charity event will start tonight and I am preparing.

I feel little nervous??

Anyway, I will put my heart into preparing the most delicious dishes for every guest. I hope to share the culture and beauty of Hong Kong Cuisine through my cooking.
