TH-EY 6th year on the market

This year was special.

We are shifting from being a Custom Software Development company, into a fully fledged partner in our customers' businesses.

New departments built this year:

• Design & Discovery - Responsible for crafting beautiful designs, User Experience consulting, and what's most important - preparing the projects for the development at the very early stage.
• Quality Assurance - Responsible for the high quality of the solutions we are creating, but also building their own offer of manual and automatic testing, security audits and much more - stay tuned.
• Support & Maintenance - Dedicated to customers after major development is complete to support live environments and scale projects.

Our core remains strong around the custom software development, but we have also evolved it this year.

We split the development services into 3 lines:

• POC - Proof of Concept development - dedicated to the projects, where we need to verify the hypothesis, that something is possible to build. From the technical, legal, and cost perspective.
• MVP - Minimal Viable Product development - a starting point of each software development project. It covers building the core features of the application, and turning the concepts into live ones.
• E2E - End to end development - ongoing agile development towards reliable and scalable products.

For the company, it was a step back to sort out the internal departments, processes and prepare for changes.
