TGOOD HV GIS Energised

TGOOD successfully deliver another HV project with the recent successful energisation of compact GIS Solution on to the regional NSW.

TGOOD Australia?has completed the Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation and Site Testing of their 66kV TGP GIS Switchgear into regional NSW.?

The TGOOD TGP 66kV GIS Switchgear in this instance was utilised to be used on the local 66kV Distribution Networks. In this project the compact nature of the switchgear solution allowed the end user to install 3 complete Bays of switchgear into a Heritage Listed Building and still be able to provide all the regulatory safe egress requirements associated with a distribution substation.?

To reduce the amount of building works and disruption to the existing facility, the TGP 66kV Switchgear consisting of 1 x 66kV Transformer Incomer and 2 x 66kV Feeders installed complete on a galvanised steel plinth, needed to be craned into its final position through the removed roof section of the building.??Prior to leaving the factory the TGOOD 66kv Indoor GIS went through the rigorous testing and quality checks in TGOOD own certified HV laboratory.?

This process allowed much of the existing structure to remain in place and once landed in its final position, the roof was reinstated to make weatherproof again in the one day.

The TGOOD 66 & 132kV TGP has been designed to be configured in such a way to allow it to be installed into transportable e-house solutions. For TGOOD this has allowed us to provide these compacts solutions all over world especially for the space constrained inner-city locations.?
