Last week I told you to RECOGNIZE the levels, CJ told you to MASTER the levels and MASON told you to DOMINATE YOUR LANE!! This week I’m here to tell you once you DOMINATE your lane, your next move is to DOMINATE THEIR LANE.

Now I know someone is saying, “ET you told me to stay in my lane, and master one thing.” Yeah I told you that, but when you MASTER that ONE thing, I believe it will open doors for you to use that ONE thing to dominate in other arenas.

I started off speaking to K-12, dominated that level and Colleges opened up! We dominated that lane and professional sports opened up! We dominated that lane and corporate opened up! All these avenues opened up, because we mastered the ONE thing. We changed the landscape of motivational speaking. We created a new culture. When you are a MASTER at what you do you can literally change the culture of your space. So guys:

1. Recognize the levels
2. Master EACH level
3. Dominate YOUR lane
4. Dominate THEIR lane

Master your levels! Listen to me very closely, you cannot go from level zero to level ten or from two to nine without putting in that W.O.R.K.! There are levels to greatness and if you truly want to be great, you have to master each and every level there is! Skipping steps will short circuit the process and derail your progress! The NBA called & asked CJ what we charged to do voice-over work for the upcoming season. CJ told them, ZERO! Don't worry about our transportation, our hotels, our meals, nothing! This opportunity was payment enough! Now, once I got in the studio and killed it, you better believe we charged for our next sessions! Execution is worshipped and I had to earn my stripes if I wanted to go from level zero to level 10. Believe me, the grind cannot be cheated!

Before the Rio Olympics, if I mentioned the name Simone Biles to you, most of you would probably have said; "Simone who?" Level zero. Now that the Olympics are over, EVERYBODY knows her name as she's been crowned "The best and most decorated gymnast ever!" Level 10. The path to greatness is simple. Stay in your lane, perfect the process and dominate! I never heard Simone complain about her biological mother's drug addiction as the reason she couldn't compete. I never heard her offer any excuses, period. She got in the zone and let her pain push her to greatness. Both her skill and her will are phenomenal! What about you? Are you going to make your mark? Are you going to dominate the game? Or are you going to let excuses crush your dreams? Dynasties are created by defying the odds and refusing to surrender! The choice is simple and it's yours to make! If this was easy, everyone would do it! Now go dominate your lane and make the rest of your life the best of your life!
