TGIF - I'm Still Learning

This week is another travel week for me and as much as I love all this learning and travelling, I am so missing home. So for me this week I am TRUSTING that everything I am doing now is leading me to where I want to be in the future.

I am GRATEFUL for the opportunities I am getting to work and learn from like minded people. It is amazing when you put your intention out there in the Universe - what you need and who you need appears. Without a great network of people who are not only cheering you on but sharing their learning with you and giving you a leg up with encouragement just when you need it, it would be so much more difficult.

This week I have been INSPIRED by Linda Cruse on her book "Leading on the Frontline". Linda engages the world’s brightest business minds, applying their entrepreneurial skills, passion and creativity to uplift challenged communities – while bringing amazing transformation to their company, their people and their world.

This week for FUN I have had the honour of spending time with my son and talking about leadership and culture as he works with teams to improve performance, but also get the best out of them while making it a fun place to work. If you are a parent of an adult child, I hope you get to experience that moment when you swell up with pride and reflect how far they have come. Maybe there is some bias in there, but it feels good.

Where ever you are and what ever you are doing I would encourage you to reflect on what you are trusting in your life, grateful for, inspired by, doing just for fun. Have a great week. #TGIFpractice
