As I have shared before, my older brother is a gulf war veteran and unfortunately has dealt with various health issues that his hindered quality of life. Grateful that he has amazing care under the Veterans Administration. My wife and I were able to spend time with him while he is getting his annual care at the VA hospital in Seattle. Unfortunately, his main Veteran's home is almost 4 hours away and we only get to see each other face to face every few months. It was great to catch up to get the latest on his well-being and how he is being well cared for.
With the 80th anniversary of D-Day yesterday, it is reminder of the brave men and women who fight for our freedom every day.
