TGIF 2/28/2025 - Edition 194

Balancing work and family are always a challenge, but it's moments like these that make it all worthwhile. During a recent work trip this week to visit a global Microsoft ISV partnership, I had the opportunity to visit my aging parents and my sister's family. It was a heartwarming experience to reconnect with them and see how they're doing as I don't get to see them face to face very often in their assisted living home. The only downside was I missed my oldest daughter's senior night for basketball as it was rescheduled on the week, I was traveling due to snow days the prior weeks.

In our fast-paced professional lives, it's easy to get caught up in the daily grind. However, taking the time to visit loved ones, especially my parents, reminds me of the importance of family and the support system that has helped me get to where I am today.

Grateful for the chance to blend work and personal life, and for the precious moments spent with family. ????
