TGC #75: A proven Plug & Play Marketing System you can use

TGC #75: A proven Plug & Play Marketing System you can use

I’m obsessed with systems.

The reason is everything becomes more predictable. You know when you do X → it happens Y.

That’s why every time I find a strategy that works, I try to build a system around it.

This allows me to visualize the entire concept and easily apply it to any business I work with at Demand Hive.

By doing this, I save a lot of time and avoid trial and error.

Today, I’m sharing with you a marketing system I’ve been testing and using for more than 2 years.

It’s the same strategy I followed to sign 2 new clients while working only about 1 hour/day on it.

I’ll show you the entire system and then I’ll break down every aspect of it:

(open the image in a new tab for better quality)

We start with a traffic source, like LinkedIn.

Then we send the traffic from LinkedIn (using content, profile, etc) to a lead magnet.

This process creates MBALs, which stands for Might Be A Lead.

Then we nurture these people using a weekly newsletter that will also be published in a Content Hub.

This process lets you stay top of mind and build trust with potential clients.

Now is the time to ‘activate’ people who might be interested in your services with Action Emails.

A type of email where you ask people to take action (Onboarding Offer works great here because the friction is as low as possible).

If they say yes, you just created a customer. If they don’t say anything, you can look for intent signals.

Since you already sent a couple of newsletters + action emails, you can look for engaged subscribers.

People who open almost all your emails (they consume your content, know you, and might trust you).

From here you can start a Personalized Outreach process where you analyze their business and reach out strategically and very importantly: personalized and relevant.

Because they know you and read your content you will most probably have higher open rates and reply rates than expected.

More conversations. More calls. More clients.

What I told you until now was an overview. Let me explain why this system works:

1. Everyone on LinkedIn is trying to sell (via content, DMs, etc). Since you don’t and just serve people with something useful, you’ll stand out.

2. Most lead magnets are bad and created with ChatGPT. Build one about your process of solving the problem and you’ll ‘activate’ way more prospects.

3. A lot of people try to sell right after they get your email. By considering them MBALs (Might Be A Lead) you won’t annoy people who aren’t ready to buy.

4. By having weekly interactions with these people (using the newsletter) you’ll be able to build trust and measure their intent level before introducing your offers.

5. All the effort you put into creating the weekly newsletter gives 10x in return because you publish them in the Content Hub too (existing content will attract new people).

6. By using Action Emails you can ‘activate’ people who sit on the fence but might be interested. It’s like a CTA on a landing page.

7. The Onboarding Offer makes getting a ‘YES’ from potential clients much easier. The low friction creates more leads and customers.

8. The Intent Signals show you who you should go after. This means you can reach out only to ‘warm people’ in a very personalized and relevant way.

Makes more sense now?

As I said in the beginning, this is why I love systems. Every step has a clear logic behind it.

A logic that makes things more predictable and gets results when executed properly.

This is the kind of system I build for my clients at Demand Hive. DM me ‘SYSTEM’ if you want to see what it's like working with us.

We install proven strategies, offers, and funnels into B2B service companies. And we turn them into growth engines.

More conversations and clients are always a win. Thanks for sharing this valuable info Sergiu Bung?rdean
