TFS 2017 AND SQL 2014: INCREMENTAL ANALYSIS DATABASE SYNC FAILED (TF221122, TF241048)

Despite the fact that it seemed to be similar to the following ones: TFS 2013.4 WAREHOUSE EXCEPTION, TF221122, TF400670 - AUTHENTICATION FAILED and that one TFS_ANALYSIS DATA CORRUPTION (TF221122, TF400670) the approach taken here was a slightly different one.
