The TFP Foundation

thefoodpeople – ‘we’re shifting the future of food and drink by harnessing the power of trends’.
Last November, we were delighted to launch the TFP Foundation!
Very much at the heart of everything we do is our intent to shift the future of food and drink by harnessing the power of trends. But we also felt that to be true to that purpose, we needed to think bigger and beyond just industry and consider the future generations.
So we set up the TFP Foundation. It's very much a charitable embodiment of our purpose, and it's about using food as a force for social good by shifting food, health and education for future generations.
And since November, we've been partnering with Chefs In Schools whose vision we share.
They're a young and highly ambitious charity who and work tirelessly to encourage and enable schools across the country to serve great and creative food to children at school.
Over Christmas, Chefs In Schools delivered 1,400 festive food hampers to children and to families, most in need of food poverty support in the UK. To which they've received some truly heart-warming feedback. It really, really does make a difference. And we want to thank all of you for your support, for your donations from buying The Next Normal ebook - to which £19 of the £20 went to Chefs In Schools.
At the time of posting our video update we had raised £8,500 however now we've raised £10,000 of our ambitious £50,000 target! There is much more to do, but we've made a great start.
We, like you, I'm sure, believe that every child deserves a healthy relationship with food and drink, and that starts at home and in schools. Our collaboration with Chefs In Schools means that through the TFP Foundation, we can all continue to do our bit to support the amazing efforts of what is an incredible charity.
So do join with us, support the TFP Foundation, get involved and get your copy of The Next Normal E-Book.
On behalf of us all at thefoodpeople and Chefs In Schools, thank you in advance for your support!
