TFC and UCF Sign Agreement for 61,000 Tons of NPK Fertilizer

Tanzania Fertilizer Company (#TFC) and United Capital Fertilizer LTD (UCF) have signed a supply agreement for 61,000 tons of NPK fertilizer to support Tanzania’s tobacco sector during the 2024/2025 farming season.

Deliveries from UCF are scheduled to begin in August 2024, ensuring that Tanzanian tobacco farmers have access to high-quality fertilizer inputs. This deal is expected to enhance crop yields and solidify both companies' positions in the regional market, while contributing to the overall growth in the region’s agricultural sector.
