Texturingxyz Despecular for Nuke
Texturingxyz Despecular is a tool/filter designed to remove indirect specular reflection on skin. This mimic the effect of a cross polarized technique using a single image on human skin (all skin tones).
Despecular is more suited for studios and companies having a scanning system using bounced lights that produce an even lighting on the subject.
As POC in this video, I choosed the Emily 2 project's images, with cross polarized and unpolarized images to compare despecular tool vs true cross polarized images.

The tool also works really well on unwrapped face images from a photogrammetry software such as Agisoft Photoscan or Reality capture.
Nuke allows batch processing using same or different settings, also a real time preview for adjusting the weight slider as desired.

10 个月Is this tool available for Nuke? I cannot find it anywhere and I have a shot that really needs this technique. Could you post a link to where I can download the tool? I'm happy to pay for it if it's a licensed plugin. Thanks.
