We as the team are committed in creating any aspect of usable product increments that are the embodiment of the products content. Learning to deliver these type of content increments with confidence is an individual responsibility. You gather experience by solving and creating real life and value adding features. These are often recognized as marketable skills and an ability of delivering usable product increments.
Software testing increases the confidence in what has been done by the team. The customer of discontent information is different in various software lifecycle phases.
First it is the engineering team that requests confidence. Then it is the delivery team that requests confidence. Finally It is the marketing and operations team that requests confidence. Customers will draw their conclusions immediately.
