Testimony of Work at LIKAK RESEARCH

My name is Reine KOUMOU. I am a pharmacist and holder of a Master's in Public Health.

I have been working at Likak since May 2024, and my journey has been enjoyable so far.??

Daily, I assist with the management of all project-related activities. This includes attending meetings, participating in pieces of training with collaborators, brainstorming for incoming projects, monitoring current ones, and planning future projects, which include clinical, health-related projects, and events.?

Working at Likak has been a fulfilling experience, especially in my role assisting in project management. I am proud of the independence and initiative I am encouraged to bring to my position, which enables me to contribute to our projects and support our team's goals.?

One of my main responsibilities is to ensure the smooth coordination and execution of various tasks, which requires attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work autonomously. My manager often recognizes my efforts and the quality of my contributions when relevant, and that is one of the things that makes me enthusiastic about my work at Likak. Positive feedback and constructive criticism have been instrumental in my professional growth.?

I enjoy the independence and proactivity encouraged at Likak. It's reassuring to know that my contributions, regardless of acceptance, are valued and that my boss and team members are always open to providing feedback. This backing strengthens my dedication and enthusiasm for my role at Likak. I believe that my work has provided greater support to the well-handled management of Likak in response to the constant requests from collaborators and clients in the field.?
