Testimonials and feedback

My Winds of Change Poetry Collection includes poems and writing to lift your soul and remind you on dark days that love shines through.

I've been so grateful for words of encouragement on my writing journey while I finish my book. Here are some of my lovely comments from the past two weeks. ?Huge thanks you to everyone who has supported me along the way.

Review of Winds of Change by Sheena Blackhall

"The poet Khalil Gibran said, ‘out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls; the most massive characters? are seared with scars.’ This first collection by the new, emerging writer Kenna Anderson, has already gathered a huge following from the general public, ordinary people at extraordinary times in their lives who take solace and inspiration from her words.

"I recommend these poems as a journey towards the light. They are full of empathy for those who have endured loss, on a mental, spiritual and emotional level. They offer hope, and the possibility of change. The titles speak for themselves:?The Past, Let it Go, The Woman in me, Time to Heal, Secret Grief.

"This poet writes about dark themes in a positive way. The message at the heart of the collection is hope. The poems are accessible to all, straight talking, open, and honest. They are sincere and insightful, poems from a woman at the height of her powers, honed by experience. The past is behind us, the future is ours to make.

‘So let the past go,

Throw it out to the sea,

Scatter all its ashes,

And be who you need to be.?

The past does not define you,

Learn from it so you can grow,?

And one day you will be able,

To simply let it go’? Kenna Anderson
