Diabetes and high blood pressure were my main health problems. I was on BP medication for 36 years and I also have the "white coat syndrome " where my BP goes even higher when I'm in the doctors office. I started with this product in October of 2015 and last summer (2016) my doctor told me to discontinue my BP medication .
