Solution:

A cost-effective solution is using VMware, create and distribute the vmware image to all 8 labs.

Step-by-step

1. Purchase Intel Xeon? Processor with Virtualization Technology, about $1000 each.

2. Install VMware ESXi

3. Create/install vmware image with CentOS, Oracle, HTTP web server, TR-069 ACS (Auto Configuration Server)

4. Configure CentOS to have five unique IP addresses

5. Configure HTTP web server with five SSL certificates, each point to a FQDN

6. Distribute vmware image to all 8 labs

Now imagine the various solutions without VMware. Five standalone servers for each lab, or a single-server solution with some complicated configuration of multiple NICs. Neither is as cost effective or elegant as the virtual solution. Virtualization not only saves the company on capital expenditure, it also saves on maintenance/operating cost which translates to a green solution!
