We were contacted by a customer who found a solution through testing.

How was it?

We sent the customer samples of different rubber compounds. They decided to test 2 sets of rollers with five different rubber hardnesses. After installing the rollers, they observed the amount of work and time it took for the rollers to wear out. Based on the tests, they have decided on the rubber we now use to renew their rollers.

The customer had to compromise between the wear and grip of the rollers. In their case, the grip was more important.
