Last week was an important moment in history with the Supreme Court hearings of Ketanji Brown Jackson to become the first Black woman on the nation's highest court. The hearings were a very public reminder of the challenges of being a Black woman at the highest level of her career. Cory Booker spoke out to recognize and validate her experience. He acknowledged the indecency of the hearing process, the high barriers for Black women, and the hope for what is to come. She continues to see bipartisan support as a testament to her outstanding qualifications.
?I look forward to spring with hope for all of us ChIPsters to continue to break barriers.
?Sincerely,?
