On May 12, Tesla spontaneously ignited in a parking lot in Hong Kong. According to Hong Kong media reports, on May 12, after a Tesla Model S was parked in San Po Kong Plaza for about half an hour, the battery suddenly started to smoke and fire. At the same time, there was an explosion at the scene.
On June 2, Tesla Model S ignited and burned completely while charging at Tesla Super Charging Station in Antwerp, Belgium. According to local news media, Model S caught fire shortly after it started charging.
