Say hello to Teshan Gounden, the newest powerhouse joining Geotheta as our Legal Compliance IC!

With a sharp eye for detail, regulations, and industry standards, Teshan plays a key role in ensuring we stay compliant and operate at the highest standards.

Teshan’s journey has been anything but ordinary. He started out working alongside his father in their family businesses, gaining hands-on experience in both on-site and office operations.

His career then took him into sales and leadership, where he developed a strong ability to adapt, solve problems, and help others thrive, a skill set that will serve him well in his new role.

Passionate about growth and continuous learning, Teshan is eager to make a positive impact at Geotheta.

When he’s not ensuring compliance, you’ll find him fishing, playing cricket and hockey, reading, or staying active.

We’re happy to have him on board and look forward to seeing him grow in the engineering industry while gaining new experiences along the way.
