Terrible Ideas for Q2 Planning
OK so I'm not going to list all the possible Terrible Ideas for #Q2 - but here is just one. Collect, synthesise and prioritise a hundred #milestones for Q2. Heck even 30 will do. Then sit back and watch projects get systematically ignored... a bit like these railroad lines.

This can lead to the following quarter reading like a detective novel. Who buried their KPIs in the policy document where someone coincidentally buried the innovation plan two years ago after a very long video call?
#Complexity works when there is an over-arching narrative.
There are so many great frameworks to help you clarify where you are going. Whether you MoSCoW, RICE, AVP or use a dartboard: chill at single digits. The average human is really good at taking three priorities and making them work.
