Mrs. Kathleen Chapman is a seasoned sales professional with over 20 years of experience in technical sales and business development within the technology sector. Mrs. Chapman is currently responsible for driving revenue growth and client engagements with a Canadian Cloud Service Provider (CSP).

Throughout Mrs. Chapman’s career, she has demonstrated a strong track record of building and maintaining key client relationships, negotiating contracts, and delivering technical solutions that are tailored to meet clients' business objectives. Her deep understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects, enables her to effectively bridge the gap between engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

Mrs. Chapman has held senior sales roles at leading technology firms, where she successfully led cross-functional teams and contributed to significant revenue growth. Her sales expertise spans across cloud computing, cybersecurity, indoor positioning technology, robotics & machine learning, and enterprise SaaS.?

Mrs. Chapman is known for her strategic visions, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to delivering exceptionally valuable customer experiences. She stays current with emerging trends in technology and develops data-driven sales strategies. Mrs. Chapman even hold an inventor’s technical patent, and is an Okta Certified Professional.?

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, and she remains dedicated to the pursuit of lifelong learning.

Mrs. Chapman is the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) for Terranova Defense NFP, operating as Cyber Security Global Alliance, and Vice President, Terranova Defense Solutions.

He is focused on Business to Business (B2B) sectors in innovation and technology and is passionate about emerging cyber initiatives related to upskilling veterans and their spouses into cybersecurity sector, who are defending against cyber threat actors, cyber attacks and attacks from industrial espionage. Mr. McFarthing is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Terranova Defense NFP, operating as Cyber Security Global Alliance and Vice President, Terranova Defense Solutions.
