Terraco Enters Joint Venture with RAPI Indonesia

Terraco Group is delighted to announce that it has entered into a joint venture(JV) with RAPI Indonesia. The new entity, will take over operations of RAPI’s two production sites situated in Jakarta and Solo. The JV will be called Terraco Rapi Indonesia and will be majority owned and operated by Terraco with the continued support and involvement of RAPI shareholders, directors, and the RAPI team, who will transfer across to the new JV. The JV will be activated in Q3 2024 and will, over time, seamlessly replace the current RAPI activities in the market with no disruption of supply to customers.
