Located in Lusaka’s Kalundu area, The Terrace Apartments are in a private and secure location that offers relaxation and modern luxury that can compete at an international level.

The apartments are open plan with each unit featuring two self-contained bedrooms, compact kitchen, and living room with an amazing outdoor view.

Each guest is welcomed with a bottle of wine – now that’s what we call a welcome. I walked through the apartments to see the finishing and it’s amazing.

The Terrace Apartments were development while the proprietors where still living in the diaspora because they couldn’t find accommodation that met their standards when they visited home.

So, they wanted to build something luxurious with high international standards that both local and international clients could enjoy in Zambia.

In addition to the high international standards, the apartments were designed to bring out the whole essence of Zambia from the colors, the long windows that illuminate natural light down to the stone touch on the walls and the green outdoor space.

These apartments are truly a home away from home. Its happiness, security and fun all under one roof. Not only do the apartments bring a luxe touch but they offer a relaxing environment.? A lot of work and attention to detail has definitely gone into making the Terrace reach this next level accommodation.

The owner acknowledges the journey was not easy and had to change contractors not once but twice! We managed to get some tips on how you can have a successful construction journey.
